The Purāṇas do not describe “success” as material gain alone. They describe siddhi as the removal of obstacles, stabilization of effort, and fulfillment of action through grace. Mahākāleśvara — Ujjain Śiva is praised here as Mahākāla, the ruler of time, before whom fear and instability dissolve. 📜 Śiva Purāṇa, Vāyavīya Saṁhitā “Mahākālaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ kālasya api niyantā” Mahākāla governs even time itself. Kedāranātha — Uttarakhand This kṣetra is declared a place where accumulated karma is exhausted through devotion. 📜 Skanda Purāṇa, Kedāra Khaṇḍa “Kedāre darśanāt pāpaṁ naśyati nātra saṁśayaḥ” By the mere दर्शन of Kedāra, sins are destroyed — there is no doubt. Mallikārjuna — Śrīśailam Śiva is worshipped here together with Śakti, symbolizing balance in action and fulfillment. 📜 Śiva Purāṇa, Śatarudra Saṁhitā “Mallikārjuna-linge tu śivaḥ sākṣāt parātmakaḥ” In the Mallikārjuna Liṅga, Śiva is present as the supreme Self. Purāṇic principle: When karma is reduced, effort becomes steady. When time aligns, results follow.
