Prajnanam Brahma means Consciousness is Brahman. This Mahavākya from the Aitareya Upanishad points to the core of Reality as pure knowing. Consciousness stands behind seeing, hearing, thinking, remembering, and understanding. The senses act, the mind functions, yet their power comes from this inner awareness. Brahman is described as complete, present everywhere, and alive in every being. The same Consciousness that moves the universe also shines within the individual. The Upanishad explains that this intelligence is the Self. It appears as perception, discrimination, memory, intention, life force, and understanding. Gods, elements, living beings, and all forms arise through this one intelligence. Everything is held, guided, and sustained by it. Prajnanam Brahma reminds the seeker that the knower within and the vast Reality are one and the same awareness expressing itself through all forms. If this same intelligence moves the stars and also allows you to know this moment, where do you experience it within yourself right now?🌌 Hari Aum Tat Sat 🕉️🔱
